Pricing quotes for your event, are based on number of guests you anticipate and typically a 4 hour event.
If you’re thinking of The Lakes for your event, email General Manager Scott Morgan, with the approximate number of guests and the number of hours you’d like to rent the facility.
Our license only allows for Beer and Wine. There is a $10.00/bottle corkage fee if you’d like to bring your own wine.

The facility rental fee will include:
- 8 person round banquet tables
- Your choice of linen and napkin color
- Set-up and break-down
Events of 125 or more, will require a private security personnel. Food menus can start at $14.95 plus gratuity and tax. A dance floor can be rented for $500.00.
We discuss with you, the type of menu you’d like to provide your guests. We can then help create that menu with you and help keep it within your budget.
Outside catering is permitted but will require their Health Department Certification and Liability Insurance coverage.
The facility rental fee is increased if you choose to hire an outside catering company. This fee is based on the number of guests and hours of your event.
